1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of Revinity. By creating an account or otherwise using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the legal age to use gambling-adjacent services in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or use Revinity. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.

3. Availability by Jurisdiction

Availability of Revinity, and of the offers and operators shown on it, may vary by jurisdiction. We may automatically limit which offers, operators, or pages are shown to you based on your approximate location. You're responsible for making sure that your use of Revinity and of any offer or operator through it is lawful where you're located — we don't claim to be available to, or lawfully usable by, everyone everywhere.

4. Using Revinity

Revinity is an independent affiliate and rewards platform for online casino offers. We are not a gambling operator: we don't accept deposits, hold player funds for wagering, or operate any casino game. The wallet described below holds credit from our own reward and referral programmes — it is entirely separate from any balance you may hold with a third-party operator.

5. Account Registration and Security

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

6. One Account Per Person

You may hold and use only one Revinity account. Creating or using more than one account — including to claim a reward, referral bonus, or promotion more than once, or to work around a restriction placed on another account — is not allowed, and may result in suspension or termination of the accounts involved and forfeiture of any unconfirmed credit connected to them.

7. Offers and Third-Party Operators

Casino offers shown on Revinity are provided by independent, third-party operators, not by us. Each operator sets its own terms, eligibility rules, and licensing position, and those apply in addition to ours whenever you interact with that operator. Offer availability, reward amounts, and traffic eligibility can vary by casino and can change without notice. We don't control, and can't guarantee, a third-party operator's products, services, licensing, terms, or conduct — including whether it accepts, tracks, approves, or pays out for a particular signup or conversion.

8. Affiliate Links

Links to operators on Revinity are affiliate links: following one routes you through a tracking redirect rather than a direct link, so the operator's affiliate program can attribute your signup back to us. See our Affiliate Disclosure for how that works and what it means for you.

9. Incentivized Traffic and Reward Eligibility

Some offers on Revinity are set up to let you earn a reward for completing a qualifying action, such as signing up or making a first deposit with the operator. Whether a particular offer is eligible for this, and under what conditions, is set per offer and can change. Completing an operator's own requirements for an offer does not by itself guarantee that Revinity will treat it as a qualifying reward event — the conditions shown for that specific offer control.

10. Reward Claims

Starting a reward-eligible offer through Revinity creates a reward claim tied to your account. A claim begins in a pending state and is not yet credited to your wallet.

11. Pending Claims, Approval, Rejection and Automatic Confirmation

What happens next depends on the offer:

• For most offers, a pending claim confirms automatically once its configured waiting period has passed, as long as it hasn't already been rejected or approved early.
• Some offers require our staff to make the decision instead of confirming automatically.
• Either way, our staff may approve a pending claim early, before its waiting period ends.
• Our staff may also reject a pending claim at any time before it is confirmed.
• A rejected claim never produces wallet credit or a referral commission. Once a claim is confirmed, it is treated as final under our current system.

We may reject a claim, among other reasons, because it doesn't meet the offer's conditions, because the underlying operator didn't confirm the qualifying activity, or because we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. We can't guarantee that a claim will be approved or will auto-confirm, and reward amounts and offer availability can change before a claim is resolved.

12. Wallet and Reward Balances

Confirmed reward credit, confirmed referral commission, and confirmed withdrawals are reflected in your wallet balance. Amounts shown as pending have not yet been confirmed and are not guaranteed to be. Your wallet reflects credit earned through our own programmes only — it is not a deposit account, and it does not hold or represent funds owed to you by any third-party operator.

13. Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal of your confirmed wallet balance to a payout method and address you provide — currently Bitcoin, Litecoin, USDT, or USDC. There is no fee for withdrawing. A minimum withdrawal amount applies; it's shown to you when you request a withdrawal and may change from time to time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payout, including as a routine security and fraud check, so processing times can vary and aren't guaranteed. You're responsible for providing an accurate, compatible payout address — we don't independently verify that an address is correct for the network you intend, and we're not responsible for funds sent to an address you provided incorrectly. You're also responsible for any tax or other legal reporting obligations that apply to you in connection with amounts you withdraw.

14. Referral Programme

If you refer someone who creates an account using your referral link, you may earn a referral commission on wallet credit that person later earns from confirmed, qualifying reward activity, at the rate currently in effect — shown in-product at the time. Signing up alone does not create a commission, and a rejected or otherwise non-qualifying claim never does either. We may change the applicable rate, or other terms of the referral programme, going forward; a change won't retroactively reduce commission that has already been confirmed.

15. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create or use more than one account.
• Provide false information when registering or requesting a withdrawal.
• Attempt to claim a reward or referral commission through fraud, manipulation, duplicate or automated activity, or a traffic method the applicable offer doesn't accept.
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to circumvent our security or rate-limiting controls.
• Use Revinity for any unlawful purpose, or in a jurisdiction where doing so isn't permitted.

16. Fraud, Abuse and Security Controls

We apply rate limits to login, signup, withdrawal, and reward-claim actions, enforce offer-eligibility rules at the point a reward is claimed, and can suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms. Violating section 15 may result in a claim being rejected, an account being suspended or terminated, and forfeiture of unconfirmed credit connected to the violation, consistent with these terms and applicable law.

17. Suspension and Account Termination

You may stop using Revinity at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access — including blocking new reward claims and withdrawal requests from your account — where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, where we suspect fraud or abuse, or where required by law.

18. Third-Party Services and Operator Terms

Once you leave Revinity through an affiliate link, your relationship with that operator is governed by the operator's own terms, not ours. We aren't a party to that relationship and aren't responsible for the operator's conduct, products, or services.

19. Affiliate Relationships

We may receive compensation from an operator when you sign up or take a qualifying action with them through Revinity. This doesn't change what you pay or receive from that operator, and it doesn't determine our editorial ratings or which operators we feature — those decisions are made independently of affiliate compensation. 20. Intellectual Property

The Revinity name, branding, and site content that isn't attributed to a third party are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without our permission, beyond what's needed to use the site normally.

21. Disclaimers

Revinity is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing on Revinity is gambling, financial, or legal advice. Our editorial ratings reflect our own methodology and are not a guarantee of any operator's future conduct, licensing status, or reliability.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revinity is not liable for losses arising from your use of a third-party operator, from an operator's failure to honor an offer, or from a reward claim that is rejected, does not confirm, or does not qualify under these terms.

23. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Revinity, or any offer, reward, or referral term, at any time. Where reasonably possible, we'll avoid retroactively reducing credit that has already been confirmed.

24. Changes to These Terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever these terms change, and post material changes here before they take effect.
